This is a great Coffee Pot after two weeks in use. Great features and makes excellent coffee. Some nice enhancements over the prior edition - K-2500.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Faulty Product or Just Unlucky with a Lemon?

Bought our brand new K-2550 after days without any good coffee. Plugged in the machine, followed the instructions that came with the water reservoir, just for the machine to break before even getting one cup brewed. This is the 4th Keurig we've gone through due to faulty machines or subpar design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
