I called and my unit is in warranty, expires January 2026 but because I can't find my order number they won't do anything. Buyer beware that they DONT stand behind their product only offered a discount on a new unit what a joke. What is the point of a year warranty if you can't use it!

Such an amazing coffee maker, got it for my small business. My self and my employees love it, it’s great to have the settings to choose between strong or regular, I do wish It had the over ice button, like some of the cheaper consumer versions. But I highly recommend it. Especially with the machine being plumbed into the tap. I got the Omni pure water filter kit with it, which made installation a breeze, when setting up the maker, you will need to visit a hardware store. And get the following, a t pipe with a pass through for the existing sink, and a 1/8 inch tap, that will feed into the filter

Nice coffee maker-But….

I really like this coffee maker, ALTHOUGH we have had issues the very first week of use. Woke up the 3 day of use to find water all over the counter and floor! Which has caused issues with our flooring due to water sitting over night! We really like the machine but this has happened 3x now..not sure what could be causing this…
