[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is OK. I switched back to a PC from MacBook Pro and I don't regret it but I would be lying if I didn't say that I have already had more issues with this laptop in less than a month of use than I had over at least the last 5 years of use of the 2012 model MBP that I replaced. None of the issues are all that terrible, but still annoying, nonetheless. Here they are in no particular order:
1. One day with zero changes to any settings on monitor, dock or computer, my second monitor that I connect via HDMI cable through a ThinkPad Universal Thunderbolt 4 Dock suddenly decides from one day to the next to go to sleep after about a minute or so if I don't happen to move the cursor onto it. 2. My wi-fi connected Brother office printer suddenly had formatting issues when using Microsoft Word - this one was *mostly* solved but even to do that I had to delete the drivers and re-install them. 3. From opening one doc to the next, Adobe just stopped being capable of opening pdfs and I'd have to go into the task manager and end all adobe-related tasks every 3rd or 4th pdf I attempted to open in order to get it to be able to open pdfs again-this one went away after a windows update later that night. 4. My Logitech Bluetooth mouse jumps down about an inch or two when I move it from my laptop screen to my second monitor. 5. the equal key on the number pad of my Logitech Bluetooth keyboard apparently doesn't work with the new Lenovo laptop. 6.I'd like to use the Microsoft Edge browser but I don't like how it will not let me change the first page that opens to being the website of my choice. Instead, I get force-fed an MSN page with a ton of rotating article headlines, etc. 7. This Lenovo take a few minutes just to startup like an older Windows PC even though it uses a SSD an I have meticulously culled out all of the unnecessary programs running at startup (that I was allowed to cull... Again, Microsoft crams gaming software and a few other bloat items that I don't care about down my throat here as well with no option to remove. Some you can remove, but they magically re-appear with the next Windows update... 8. the speakers get really grainy and pop if I have several tabs open in a web browser and there is apparently no way to fix this because it's a limitation of the GPU's bandwidth which seems odd since the laptop has an AMD Pro 7 and 64 gigs of memory. I don't listed to a lot of music but it's pretty awful when you're in a zoom meeting and even to hear it crackle and pop when it's trying to give a notification sound. We're talking like 8 tabs open and this will start to happen, seems like a stupid problem for such a powerful computer. 9. the plastic case that the laptop is made of feels thin/weak. It flexes if you pick up the laptop by one side of the base. It feels like a cheaply-3D printed plastic and I have some concerns about how it will hold up even though I don't haul it all over the place or anything-just back and forth to work in a briefcase. 10. the number pad being on the laptop's keyboard is nice to have but it would make entering formulas into Excel (which I do a TON) a lot better if the equal sign on that number pad wasn't a row of keys away from the numbers. If it and the number lock key positioning were swapped, it would be way more useable.
I know a lot of this is more Windows/Microsoft compatibility and bloat software issues but I was asked for a review and this is what I've experienced that I don't like. Also, for what it's worth, none of these things like the keyboard/mouse/monitor/adobe/etc. ever gave me a single issue from start to finish when I was using them all with that old MBP laptop including not having issues with print formatting while using Microsoft Word for Mac on the MBP which feels ironic. Things I do like: the price was great and the issues that I've encountered were mostly solvable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost perfect! This laptop hits the sweet spot. Incredibly reliable performance, battery life, beautiful screen, excellent portability. It is hard to find any cons, for me it is only screen refresh rate, at least 75Hz would be much better in my opinion 120Hz even better. However, depending on the use, it might not be a huge deal for everyone. OLED is far superior that anything else that I was willing to suffer worse refresh rate for it.
Great screen. Fast. Terrible keyboard - they put the Function key exactly where the Control key is supposed to be. Terribly inconvenient and frustrating and slows my work way down.
