[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the portability of my T14 Gen2 (AMD) but the larger screen that I need when out of the office and things are going wrong. Let's face it, that's when, as an IT professional screen size is the most important. At the data center when you don't want to be, dealing with a "right now!" problem -- I mean, that's the reason you need to be at the data center -- 2" of extra screen and higher resolution is a game changer in utility and reduced stress.

Great engineering laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, an AMD laptop fit for engineers. Long battery life, fans not making noise constantly like my previous laptop. Lots of built-in ports so no need for touchy dongles. The 4k OLED screen is bright and pretty. Very rigid and very light - you can easily hold it with one hand. Keyboard feels high quality with good tactile feedback. No unnecessary software.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this laptop to replace the 8-year-old ultrabook that had been my primary laptop. I wanted something a bit larger and with some additional power, and I'd had ThinkPad laptops in the past for work and always liked them. This looked like one that would carry me through many more years without needing to upgrade!
I've been using this laptop for almost 3 weeks now and it has been wonderful!
I love the size of the screen and the 16x10 aspect ratio. It's really beautiful to look at! The keyboard has been comfortable to type on, thought it took a bit of time to get used to because the key travel is a bit shorter than my prior laptop.
Plenty of ports to connect what I need to. Charges quickly and I can use it for a decent amount of time before needing to charge again.
Illuminated keyboard is easy to see, though I wish it had an option to auto-dim or shut off the illumination if you aren't typing on the keyboard for a bit. Minor, though.
Speakers are really the only weak point. No bass at all.. but they're good enough to put on music in the background and for video chats or audio calls the sound is perfectly clear. You have no problem hearing the person at the other end. Not really an issue for me. I have an external bluetooth speaker that I'd always intended to use for listening to music anyhow.
Tried a few different lighter games on it and they play well enough. Gaming performance isn't going to blow you away by any means, but it isn't a gaming laptop so I didn't expect it to.
Beyond that, it's eaten up every workload that I've thrown at it with no issue. Perfect size and weight for me. It's just what I was looking for!

A Powerful and Durable Laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lenovo laptops have always been a favorite of mine due to their quality build and high performance. I upgraded to this workhorse after realizing that the Lenovo Yoga laptop I had purchased lacked sufficient horsepower for the work I was doing. I decided to go for a premium laptop with significant memory and storage, capable of very high performance. I've had this laptop for over a month now and it has performed excellently so far. I can have a myriad if browser tabs open without any degradation in performance whatsoever. The laptop boots up quickly and holds its battery charge for quite a while. I don't believe I've ever seen a laptop that can remain on without a power source for several days, yet the battery only drains ever so slightly. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for superior performance in a durable and efficient unit.

Glad I finally decided on this as my new laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace an older, rather cheap Dell laptop I purchased in 2016. That system had become rather slow; it contained an HDD, was running Windows 10, and had significantly less memory and processing power. The ThinkPad was quick to set up, and since getting it all set up, it is running like a charm. I'm loving the speed it runs day-to-day operating tasks (general OS ops like opening programs, running antivirus, powering up/down, etc.) and I'm loving how well it's running any programs I install, such as MS Office applications or media editing programs such as Audacity. I'm wondering why it took me so long to seek out and buy this laptop. I bought it through a third-party discount offer, and I feel like what I got for the price is a pretty good deal, considering what I see offered online for similar systems. The only thing I'm slightly concerned about is that the memory is soldered to the board, so it's not (customer) replaceable, and it can't be upgraded. Hopefully what I had installed just works and is sufficient memory for the next several years.

WOW Picture Quality!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually surprised with the picture quality & battery life of this machine. It was the lower price than the 3 I was looking at, and I'm more than pleased with the look, feel & quality of the laptop. It's on the larger end, so it's a little bit heavier, but if lightweight & super small compact is a deal breaker for you, it may not be the one. But other than that, it's a perfect budget laptop.

Light, performant laptop, underwhelming trackpad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm very happy with my P16s. It's light, fast, and the keyboard is great. The screen is bright and clear and while I don't love Windows 11, I can't blame Lenovo for that. My one complaint would be the trackpad - coming from an Macbook Pro, it feels flimsy and getting it to right click is an exercise in frustration. If they could fix that one feature, I'd give the device a five star review.
