Great solution for cars without smart screens

Would love a windshield mount…not thrilled now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This complaint is not Belkin-specific. First, let me say that I typically love Belkin products. They typically have Apple-level quality in their product builds. Yes, you do pay for it, but that is to be expected. What I don't love is the vent mount. It blocks the vent's airflow. Depending on the vehicle it can also block controls. For example, when I use this in my truck, it blocks visibility and access to environmental controls. On the positive side, the vent mount makes it easy to move the iPhone holding capability to other vehicles.
The MagSafe mount is strong and the product build is typical of great Belkin quality. I would probably love this product if it came as a windshield mount.

Doesn't work on 2021 Jeep Wrangler Vents

Perhaps this product works on other car vents, but not the Jeep Wrangler (2021). The Pro Max sags when connected.

Will be great for some.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item and was excited to try it out. I ran out to the car and attached it to the air vent. It held steady so I held my phone up to attach it. I could feel the magnet catch so let go and watched my phone crash to the floorboard. I tried it a few more times with the same results. I took my case off and it did hold steady. The weight of the phone was so much that the vent started to fold down until the phone was resting on the dash. I didn’t give up. I ordered another phone case that was listed as working with the MagSafe connector so figured it should work with this mount as well. Once I received my new case I rushed out to try the mount again. Unfortunately I had the same results and the phone would not stay on the mount. I drop my phone a lot so not having a case isn’t an option. For those who don’t use a case this is a great mount. Just doesn’t work for me.

Great Product!!! Wish there was a black option

Just received this in the mail and installed it in my car. Looks great, only wish you could order this product in black. The interior of my car is black and is very noticeable in the car and doesn't blend in.

Doesn't work with Lexus RX

I have a Lexus RX and this vent mount is not compatible with my car. It is too heavy and pulls the vent down. Furthermore, the magnet does not work when my very thin case is on the phone. Unfortunately I will have to return it and look for a different product.
