The mount not strong enough for iPhone13 pro max

The mount on my SUV vent was not strong enough for the iPhone13 pro max So the iphone was face downward. I returned the item because I was unable to view maps or look of who was calling. The positive was that the phone never fell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m very satisfied with this car mount. It’s easily the best one I’ve ever used. I did not have to do any extra steps in order to use it and its easy to use. The mount grips my phone firmly and still holds on when I go over bumps.
