Solid Vehicle Mount

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mount showcases the benefits of MagSafe. For ease of on/off mounting, it’s perfect. The magnet “stickiness” gives me just the right amount of confidence that it won’t slide off, while making it easy to pull off when I’m ready to leave the car. During everyday driving, including a particularly bad set of railroad tracks I have to drive over, it holds the phone. I suspect you’d have to hit a pretty big pothole or speed bump to make the phone slip, but at that point, you may have bigger things to worry about like suspension or tire damage!
Build quality is excellent. Very solid construction. Nice look and feel to it.
I’m using with an iPhone12 Pro. If you use a protective phone case, it needs to be MagSafe compatible, otherwise the Belkin mount won’t work. I wish it supported charging, but I’m sure that will be a future product.
I will be getting a second one for my other car.

Strong magnet but easy to remove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mount is great if you have a new iPhone with the MagSafe feature. I was nervous as to whether the magnets alone would be able to keep the phone secured while driving over bumps, etc. However, the connection is suprisingly strong. At the same time, it is nice to be able to simple pick the phone up off the mount and slap it back on without having to deal with clamps. Very easy in and out!

Well made product but MagSafe is not strong enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty impressed with the quality of the product but the MagSafe magnets are not strong enough to hold an iPhone 12 Pro with a case on it. When I took my phone out of the case it worked better but I don't intend on keeping my phone caseless so I won't be using this product in my car. For now I'm just using it as a stand on my desk, although I may pass it off to a friend if they have an iPhone 12 without a case, or one of Apple's MagSafe cases, as that is the only way I would recommend this product.

Best without case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although, I was hoping that this magnetic mount would work with my case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, it did not. I was very disappointed. Wireless charging works great with my iPhones with the same case, which I've used for the past 3-4 years for each iPhone that I've had (yes, new cases for each iPhones' new body type/size).
So I tried it without my case, which is a pain to get off, I tested the Car Vent Mount PRO with MagSafe out and drove around a little bit. It held my iPhone and stayed on the vent.
Other than it worked without a case, the Car Vent Mount PRO with MagSafe isn't for me. I refuse to use no case on my iPhone and somewhat particular on the type of cases I use (needs covered over entire body [all sides and back] ).

Just In Time!!

Good mount but cases must be MagSafe compatible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mount is super sturdy - miles better than the old magnetic ones that required you to stick a metal plate. Packing is well designed as well as very easy to follow instructions. Mount has a good range of motion too.
This holds my iPhone 12 mini perfectly as long as I don't have it on a case - the one I have is not MagSafe approved and though it's super thin, it doesn't hold my phone much. Also, wish it had a built-in wireless charger

Nice looking mount!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great, I like the area on the back where you can wrap a charging cable to keep it exactly where you want it. I had a thick non-magnetic case that blocks the magnets. Get a compatible magnetic case or use it bare for best results
