Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate hearing from our customers. We noticed you reached out to share your feedback on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Watch Ultra lasts up to 60 hours without Power Saving mode, based on typical usage. If your Galaxy Watch is experiencing battery drain or decreased battery life, it could be due to certain apps consuming more power. If you have a Samsung phone, you can run a diagnostic on your watch's battery using Samsung Members, and a passing result indicates that the battery is in good condition. Additionally, make sure all your apps are up to date, as bugs can cause excessive battery usage. To update your watch's software, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, tap "Watch settings" or the "SETTINGS" tab, then select "About watch" and "Update watch software." If you have a Gear device, tap "About Gear" and choose "Update Gear software." For further options to optimize your watch's battery life, please refer to the attached link. If this continues to be your experience, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003232/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
Great improvement from the old watch 4 classic. The bigger 47mm face is sleek, stylish and catches everyone's eyes when they notice it. Processor is fast and haven't noticed any lag between swipes. If you are on the edge about upgrading...this thing brings the rizz for sure.
