Love the watch, it's a bit large on my wrist but much easier to see. Did not love the band but was able to order a nice one that fits well.

ECG/ Apnea doesn't work. Barometer never worked

If your Samsung Phone stops working (mine just shut off and won't power up anymore) and you have to go with another brand phone phone for a while, they take away your ability to use the ECG and Sleep Apnea detection. I paid for the watch and they take away it's functionality because I can't buy another one of their phones right now. That's stupid. At least they're nice enough to allow me to use the Samsung health app. Just not the "Monitor" that I bought the watch for.
The barometer function on the watch face never worked either. Hasn't worked since I got it when the watch came out. It always reads 29inHg even when the pressure is above or below that. I messaged Samsung and they could only point me to support from the old Samsung watches. The app they suggested wouldn't work with the new Samsung Ultra, so the barometer and watch face is useless.
I'm getting rid of the Ultra Watch as I don't want to be stuck or tied to their eco system in order to use key functions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great futures and very confortable to wear.

Great watch. Love it, i just bought me the galaxy ultra S25 and these two togethere are amazing.
I've had Fitbits for smartwatches and they haven't been all that great. I decided to go with the Ultra and I've never been happier. The look, quality of the screen, and the health features have all been fantastic. To add, I have some severe lung issues and use supplemental oxygen to do various tasks. Through my watch, I learned my O2 sat was dropping to the low 80s while I sleep. Now I make sure to use my O2 while I sleep and it is back up to normal levels. This is a detail my docs wouldn't be able to catch without and overnight sleep evaluation.
I love the look of the watch. It really stands out I have the black/silver.I miss the rotating bezel. Let's bring that back, please. Thank you

Very nice watch, but noticed when your done charging and take it off the charger and dont put it on, you get less than a day of battery life. Don't know why. But very durable, screen hasn't scratched during the year I've owned it. The orange strap it comes with blackened during use, hard to clean off. A few bugs here and there but nothing note worthy.
Over all this is a good durable watch. The only negative thing I have to say is the battery life isn't great. You have to charge the watch everyday. I always choose Samsung watches because the battery was amazing and only charged once a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
