Notifications To "Get Moving" unable to turn off

I am unable to prevent notifications from the watch/Samsung watch app or health app that say "Its time to get moving, etc..." that are shown on the watch. On previous watch versions (Galaxy Watch 4) I could turn off these somewhat annoying reminders. There is no option to turn off these notifications in the phone app or on the watch itself even though Samsung has provided instructions on how to do this.
