This was an upgrade from a 5 Pro that I was generally very happy with. Had to return this one for service less than a week after receiving it due to random reboots (it was an overheating issue in the charging hardware). The repair process was fast and easy (BUT SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY ON A BRAND-NEW PRODUCT). Have not yet used it enough to claim it's great, so far it is doing what it said it would do after repair return.

I don't know if I like the shape of the watch. Galaxy is unique from other devices, they don't need to follow the mold of other watches to compete. The functions of the watch are otherwise pretty accurate, except for the sleep app. I bought Galaxy 6 watch and had the same problem - inconsistent sleep tracking and now the ultra watch. I am going to see if it's a Samsung technical issue that can be fixed but galaxy 6 wasn't fixable to so I am not holding out hope here either.
