This score takes into account your sleep from the previous night, heart rate, and steps. The Energy Score feature, powered by Galaxy AI, analyzes essential indicators of your overall condition and gives you a daily score, empowering you to achieve your goals. If you're experiencing challenges with sleep tracking, it may result from irregular sleep patterns or movement during the night, which can be interpreted as waking time. To assist with accurate tracking, you might receive notifications asking for confirmation of your sleep hours; please respond accordingly to help improve the data. Additionally, setting a sleep target can enhance tracking accuracy—just open the Samsung Health app, access the Sleep widget, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, and select “Set target” to adjust your desired sleep and wake times.
