In reference to the cost of this timepiece, it is expected to have a lifespan of several days. However, I am only able to achieve a maximum of 12 hours of usage. Additionally, the watch face is not properly aligned with the watch body.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Watch Ultra with us. When utilizing the Exercise power saving mode, you can get Up to 48 hours of battery. With power saving mode you can get up to 100 hours of battery life. We hate that you have been experiencing a shortened battery life on your Watch Ultra. If this is still the case we recommend making sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software update available. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. If this persists after updating, reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can look into what other factors might be causing this. Beautiful watch, i thought it was going to look big on my wrist but it's the perfect size. Screen is clear and bright, making it easy to see in direct sun light. The orange band looks and feels durable but i find that the fabric band feels so comfy. I was able to get about 2 days of usage before having to charge it up again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch Ultra is big. I love the different banding options this year. The watch definitely brighter than my previous model. You can see it well in sunny days. I like the extra options you get this year. I was used to the bezel spinning but I actually like how the Galaxy Watch Ultra works. The heart monitor on this is definitely better than previous model. I have not used galaxy AI on this watch yet but I am 3xcited to explore with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying the new ultra watch. It pairs great with the ultra 24 and I'm able to track my sleep habits and all other health aspects daily which helps me to stay on top of my targets daily and weekly.

Solid upgrade design could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the 6 classic and i have to say it was worth the upgrad, the new galaxy AI health tracking helps me by telling me when I've done too much exercise so i dont hurt myself. It seems to track my steps and heart rate better as well. My only complaint would be the design looks less good in person than online. I ended up buying a case protector anyway so it's not too big of an issue.
