Great watch. Overheating issue needs addressing.

Nice watch. Only issue is I see that it states overheating and cuts off and goes into airplane mode when it should not be doing so as it wasn't even in the sun. Concern yes. However, hopefully it will work out this quirk. Going for a run and will give it a real world test and if it does it again, I'll be calling or going another route as the sole purpose of me getting this watch was to be able to run with out a phone and if needed be able to call in case of an emergency. Phone has great features! The health data is also great to know. Samsung if you have any input on this issue or a fix please let me know..

The watch has a Fall Detection feature that allows you to alert your emergency contact in case of a hard fall. We acknowledge that your watch may be overheating. Please note that we offer a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and you also have the option to add Samsung Care+ for eligible devices. All Galaxy devices have a specific temperature range in which they operate best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions such as charging, this should not affect the device's performance or lifespan. However, if your devices become too warm, it could lead to issues. Please refer to the guide in the link below to help maintain your devices at their normal operating temperature. If this persists, don't hesitate to contact us at Samsung Support, and we will be happy to assist you further. - Kelvin

The Ultra Experience

Really great size and color with the orange pop and SUPER long battery life and enhanced heart rate and other features like the bezel compass. With new Galaxy AI capabilities it's easier to do much more on your watch! Looking to pick up the Flip as well soon!
