Great, but maybe not for those coming from 5 Pro

After the Watch 5 pro, I jumped to the Ultra, which I am happy about some of the features that it offers. The processor makes the UI more smoother than the 5 Pro I was using as my daily driver.
There are a few things I wish this had. It looks like there is certification elsewhere for the Watch Ultra to do blood pressure, and would have loved to see this feature available to the US. It was disappointing that Samsung has not sought necessary certification to utilize the already sensors since the 5 Pro (this was a feature introduced very briefly and then taken away unfortunately).
If you're using a 5 Pro, the battery life is no different, unfortunately. I would have loved to see a slightly bigger battery than the 5 Pro for the price of the Ultra. Other than usage, it is a decent watch that now will be on my arm instead of 5 Pro
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lovely Daily Watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression was the band. I got the trail band and it is super soft and stretchy. Best band i have ever used. The watch is super lite compared to my watch 6 classic. Loving the watch ultra. I had ordered with the orange band, but got a dark blue one. Very disappointed, supposed to be getting that fixed, here hoping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch is great. Love the new band connections. Big display is great. Huge missed opportunity to have the rotating bezel tho. Would have been much easier to use especially with it being an outdoor/sports oriented watch as it's not so easy to navigate with gloves or sweaty fingers. Some of the new Galaxy AI features are very helpful. Love the new score that combines sleep and activity together to help you conquer the day ahead.

Bought ultra 47 a few days ago....had a6 47mm b ut fell in love with ultra47mm.....but was promised a grey band as a gift for ordering on line....NEVER GOT IT....mm giving 6 47mm to my son

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the features and aesthetics of this watch. There are some improvements over my previous Watch 6 Classic, such as the media control at the bottom of the watch. On the Watch 6 Classic, if I was listening to music and the watch detected a workout, I would lose control of my media from my watch because tapping the button would open the workout details. Now on the Watch Ultra, while listening to music and having a workout, tapping the button on the bottom lets me choose between media controls or workout details. The one thing I miss about the Watch 6 Classic is the rotating bezel, but I understand that the Watch Ultra probably doesn't have it for durability reasons. The Watch Ultra's square body is more comfortable for me and fits better on my wrist than the round body of my previous Watch 6 Classic. This watch is fantastic, and I highly recommend it if you can afford it.

Absolutely love the watch. Feels extremely premium and with the new W1000 processor it is very snappy and smooth. Battery life has been great as well once it learns your patterns.

Been waiting for a watch like this from Samsung. battery life is very good. 6AM to 2PM and the watch has only used 6% of battery. Screen resolution is incredible, and the fitness tracking seems to be way better on this one that the Watch6 Classic. Worth every penny.

Better battery, iffy sensors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an upgrade from the Watch 5, which with battery saver had a life of almost 3 days. The Ultra on battery saver, even after 2 days was still at a 60% charge. Having to only charge around once a week is a huge benefit to me. Since I workout often the middle button being a shortcut to all my workouts and also function as the pause/resume has also been a game changer. My only complaint so far is the sleep sensors are REAL particular about where it wants to be on your arm, like around halfway up it which isn't very comfortable on someone with my forearms. Lastly, the "extra" trail band given for free is kind of worse than the one packaged. At least for someone that needs to slacken and tighten the band to accommodate gloves (or the aforementioned sleep apnea tracking) you have pins you need to slide in and out of holes on the band to lock where the loop hooks into. Terrible free gift that went right in the trash.
