[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature for this watch ultra, in my opinion is the sleep mode. It has changed my life. I have now great sleep. Yeah, it's taught me to meditate and breeze correctly in a number of ways to get great sleep scores.
Buy sleeping correctly with good REM sleep and deep sleep low heart rate when I sleep. I have a great day the following day and feel great!
I recommend this watch for any individual young or old, male or female!

I like the ability to check notifications quickly and helps with being consistent with daily workouts. I still think the price is too high and I wish I would've gotten the one with the orange band cuz they sell the black bands seperately but not the orange.

I use my watch everyday, tracking my steps and making sure I stay active. I think my favorite thing about this watch is that it's water proof. Oh I also like the fact that you can control your ear buds with the watch.
