Great sound and comfort

Awesome battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had upgraded from watch 6 to watch ultra. I absolutely love it. The AI features on the watch are awesome and works smoothly.
The battery life is awesome. I haven't enabled NFC all the time as it drains the battery and workout it I can use the watch without charging for couple of days easily.
It's a perfect size for my wrist. It does not feel heavy. The strap is long lasting and durable.
Mic works really well and speakers are loud enough to hear everything clearly.
Setup and sync with my phone was a breeze. It's like a family and knows exactly how to interact with samsung products. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Great features, great design, great band .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best watch I've had of all the smart watches I've own from Samsung. The AI integration between the watch and my Samsung phone have made my personal and professional life much easier. The battery could be better, but with the this watch can do, I'm not surprised the batter drains so fast. The design is smooth. It can be a sports watch or an evening accessory thanks to the quick release band latches. By far the best upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI, the watch looks cool, but some times not working properly. Right now AOD not functioning, whatever I restarted, looked on GOOGLE, watched video on YouTube, couldn't find any helpful information. Even in Samsung site.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Watch Ultra's Always On Display (AOD) isn't functioning properly, several steps can be taken to troubleshoot what you may be experiencing with your device. Please ensure the AOD is enabled in the device settings and that your watch software is up to date. (Go to Settings > Always On Display > tap Always On Display > tap the Switch to turn On) Next, check the Proximity Sensor at the top of the screen that may not be visible. Remove any cases or screen protectors that may be covering it. Then Disable any screen savers that may prevent AOD from appearing. Go to Settings > Display > tap Screen Saver > None. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra is a great choice for Android users, especially those with Samsung phones, who want a tough and feature-rich smartwatch and the galaxy AI is nearly flawless between the watch and the S25 Ultra. It's far superior than other AI platforms. The watch itself has a strong build, good health tracking, and long battery life. However, if you want a smaller bezel watch you should consider wisely as its large size is not for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this watch almost a year ago and I still get compliments on it so the time. This is the best thing I have ever gotten from Samsung ever. This is why I will ALWAYS GET A SAMSUNG DEVICE, over anything else. It is so easy to get the learn all of the fun widgets that comes with the watch. And working out it such a breeze with the Open My Exercises feature. I also love how easy it is to check all of my sleep and energy starts from the previous day. I also the Galaxy AI is amazing.
