It helps me set reminders, time and record my workouts, monitor my sleep, and shows me my energy and stress levels. It is very helpful notifying me about incoming calls. It is extremely durable and well made. I wear it every day for work and even while I sleep. It charges quickly within 15 min and stays charged for more than a few days. Its a great watch and there are some great deals on them!

I thoroughly enjoy this watch and all that it offers in regards to features. Replaced a fitbit and it's hard to understand why I didn't do this earlier. Oh, wait... I thought it would not sycn with Lose It!, but I was able to.
