in a few weeks there is so much that needs to be corrected. for starters it's ability to play videos is non-existent. there's no reason why this watch should not be able to play a video through text message as it does play videos on the browser YouTube. at this price point I expected to be able to do so in any situation especially text message.
they talk to text feature is very literal translation and buggy. can you say things like period or question mark it types out the word instead of the punctuation. you cannot preset it to voice to talk you have to toggle through it every time on every conversation it is annoying.
when I clear notification on my watch it's a disappear on all my devices not exactly but mostly instantaneously.
if you have a tattooed forearm the sensors will not work as well as many of the gesture features. with that being said it needs voice command capability on many of these features. One thing I'll never understand and maybe it'll be another 10 years from now but using AI through all features of a device to ask you if you want to respond hear something red or navigate your device. things like this are the future of assistant and AI. nothing is close to being hands-free assistant capable.
there are many nice conveniences of this watch but ultimately you are paying premium price which could get you a smartphone that can easily handle the tasks that this one cannot. I understand the difficulty of designing and creating a watch to do these things but these are the expectations of the consumer today. software has a long way to go hopefully they can bridge the gap sooner than later because the potential is endless.

Here are a few tips to improve your talk-to-text feature on your Watch Ultra: Speak concisely and at a natural pace: Avoid mumbling, speaking too fast, or dragging out words. Make sure your watch is set to the correct language for optimal recognition. Also, ensure you have the latest software updates installed on your watch. If your Galaxy Watch Ultra notifications are disappearing from your phone, please check your phone's notification settings within the Galaxy Wearable app. Please ensure that notifications are enabled for the specific apps you want to receive on your watch, and that you haven't accidentally turned on a "Do Not Disturb" mode on either your phone or watch. Also verify that your watch is properly paired and connected to your smartphone. Dark colored ink in some tattoos can cause the pulse light sensor to not pass through the skin properly which will not allow the watch sensors to function properly. The disruption cause by the ink can interfere with accurate readings and wrist detection features. We recommend switching the watch to your other wrist, if you do not have any tattoos that may disrupt the sensor while you wear it.
