The watch is pretty good. It was an upgrade from Galaxy Watch 3. For me it looks like a great upgrade, very nice to look at and better heart rate and workout detection. Battery life is decent, with about 14-16 hours of light use it still has about 65% of juice left. I am not a heavy exerciser which might explain it. I would recommend it overall.

However, make sure you take your heart rate measurements when you are seated and relaxed. The watch can be configured to automatically measure and track your heart rate. Here's how: 1. From Samsung Health, tap Heart rate. 2. Tap Measure to begin measuring your heart rate. * After a moment, your heart rate is displayed on the screen. 3. Swipe up to view your minimum and maximum heart rate per hour. 4. Tap Settings to review additional settings for using the Heart rate feature such as measurement frequency and alerts. For your convenience, I have included a link to your device manual below. Feel free to get better acquainted with your device or customize it to your liking.
