Love the watch. Wish I knew that my watch 4 charging system would not work and samsung did not include a 15/20 volt wall charger along with the cable. For the price of the watch it should have been included. Also, not seeing the 2 day+ charge that others are posting

Exercises problem

The Watch Ultra needs to show correct swim laps when exercising in the pool. I do 74 laps, and it takes around 50-55 minutes. I compared it with Watch6 (the same result for 74 laps done—the watch showed only 48 and 52 - it doesn't show all laps) and another brand (the watch showed all the laps I swam—perfect count of the laps), so it is about 30% incorrect, way too much. It happened after the last update. Also, the reading of the calories for Watch6 and Watch Ultra are different. It is unacceptable for such an expensive watch to show the results of exercise with such big differences. Please correct the problem.

Challenge yourself to perform at your peak on your next run or bike ride using tracking with Galaxy AI. If your watch is not tracking your swims correctly we recommend making sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software update available. If you have already done so and this persists, it's best to leave an error report regarding this. To send an error report for your Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds, or Galaxy Ring, you'll need to use the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone or tablet. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet. Tap Menu. This may appear as a circle in the bottom center of the screen or three horizontal lines on the left side. Tap More in the upper right. This looks like three vertical dots. Tap Settings, and then tap Contact us at the bottom. Tap Error reports under Send feedback. From the list, select the wearable device(s) you are having issues with to gather the data, and then tap Next. Make sure Send system log data is checked, and then fill out the other required fields. If you wish to include an additional attachment, you can tap the Attach icon which looks like a paper clip in the upper right corner. You can add a photo, screenshot, or voice recording. When you're ready, tap the send arrow in the upper right corner. A fitness watch that doesn't support external heartrate monitor is pretty useless IMO. This has been a consistent missing feature from Samsung watches and consistently shows how arrogant Samsung design teams are not recognizing that while ok, wrist base heart rate monitors typically fall short of chest straps.

Amazing watch with some first gen bugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this watch! It fits super comfortably, to the point of where I hardly even notice it, and yet it still feels heavy and super premium! The watch has seamless interface across apps and rarely lags!
Pros: Super fast Gestures that actually work (for me) Really good voice recognition Comfortable Easy to use Extremely durable Awesome work out tracking!
Cons: Had to send it in for service 2 times Had to reset it once to fix issues Buttons can be a bit clunky at times
Overall this watch is great! I work an appliance maintenance job where I'm always smacking my watch on things and it hasn't even been scratched yet! Really impressed overall with the durability of this watch. Being first gen of this watch, it's got some bugs that need worked out but it definitely feels like a well engineered, well built, and nice to use product!

This watch is the most useless watch from Samsung that I've ever owned. Always wear Galaxy Watch since Gear 3 and trade in the newest one since. Last one was from Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, now to Ultra. But this Ultra series ALWAYS, I repeat, ALWAYS RESET by themselves! Make me have to pair and set them up every single time it reset!

Doesn't work with tattoos

I received my Galaxy 7 ultra watch and was very excited. It's a beuatiful watch and I did have problems with it when I used some of it's features. I have several tattoos on my arms and the heart rate monitor won't work it always tells me to scoot the watch down. No matter how many times I do this it won't work. When I go to use the tutorial for the gestures it keeps telling me to put watch on when I clearly have it on. I really hope yall can fix this and I didn't waste money on this expensive watch and not be able to use all the features. I put the watch on my wife who has no tattoos on her arm and the watch worked fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
