Love the Watch Ultra! It's fast, intuitive, and easy to use. It's also very durable. I've hit the screen on hard objects, and it didn't even scratch. I also have scraped the body multiple times, and no mark was left. I think the biggest factor is the battery life. It has such a long run time, I no longer have to worry about recharging every chance I'm not using it. And with the fast charger I can recharge in a little over an hour.
Too big in terms of thickness and sleep track is not accurate
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We value your feedback, Pati. Your opinions are extremely important to us as we are always working to enhance our products and services. We appreciate hearing from our esteemed customers like you. We noticed that you recently shared your thoughts about the Galaxy Watch Ultra, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to do so. The Galaxy Watch Ultra is designed to be rugged, reliable, and versatile. It is engineered to withstand the demands of an active lifestyle, making it the perfect companion for outdoor adventures, workouts, and everyday use. Once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with exceptional products and experiences. First, we recommend cleaning your watch and wrist. Ensure that the BioActive sensor on the bottom surface of your watch is not blocked by dust or sweat. Clean it gently with a soft cloth. Also, make sure to charge your watch before sleep: Ensure your watch has sufficient charge before you go to sleep to prevent it from shutting down mid-sleep. You can also try wearing the watch on a different wrist or higher up your sleeve to see if it improves the accuracy of the sleep tracking. Step 1: Restart your Watch Restarting your watch can help fix lingering issues that might have been caused due to a recent update to the Samsung Health app or your watch itself. Here’s how to do it: 1. Press and hold the Power button on your Galaxy Watch. 2. Tap on the Power icon at the top. 3. Once your watch has powered off, press and hold the Power button again to turn it back on. Step 2: Allow Sensor Permissions Make sure that the Samsung Health app, responsible for sleep tracking, has all the necessary permissions to access the watch’s sensors. This is crucial for accurate sleep tracking. Here’s how you can check and adjust these permissions: 1. Swipe up from the bottom of your watch face to open the app drawer. 2. Tap on the Settings app. 3. Tap on Security and privacy. 4. Tap on Privacy > Permission manager. 5. Under Permission manager, tap on Sensors. 6. Tap on Samsung Health. 7. Select Allow all the time. Step 3: Check Samsung Health Settings Sometimes, incorrect settings in the Samsung Health app can lead to issues with sleep tracking. Here’s how you can check and adjust these settings: 1. Swipe up from the bottom of your watch face to open the app drawer. 2. Tap on the Samsung Health app. 3. Scroll down and tap on Settings. 4. Then, tap on Heart rate and select “Measure continuously.” 5. Tap on Sleep and turn on “Blood oxygen during sleep. This is my favorite Samsung watch. It is very well made and feels premium. The touch screen works smooth and all other features work very well. I like the new band style and connecti8n to the watch itself. I do miss the rotating bezel that was on older models. Overall i am very happy with the watch.
