Love the watch, rugged, many features but battery life has much to be desired. I could go almost 4 days on a single charge on my Watch5 Pro and with this Galaxy Ultra Watch I'm lucky to get half of that.
Sleep tracking is garbage. Worse than 5 pro. Watch band is also worse. Everything else is about the same with minor improvements here and there
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share your feedback on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Galaxy Watch Ultra’s daily AI companion will keep you feeling healthy with its personalized wellness programs. These include your energy score, sleep analysis, sleep apnea monitoring, and workout comparisons. If the step and heart rate tracking features are not working properly on your watch, the watch band or strap may be too loose or the watch's software might need updating. However, a simple reboot may solve the problem. Check out the link attached for instructions on how to do so. If this persists after troubleshooting, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

This is my fourth Samsung watch, and all previous models supported wireless charging using Samsung phones. However, the Watch Ultra 7 does not have this capability, which is disappointing as it was a key factor in my decision to purchase Samsung watches and phones. Additionally, the orange band I purchased is too bright and not to my liking. The previous watch bands had better color options and were more reasonably priced. I will likely purchase aftermarket bands instead.

Hey Alex! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us. We see that you reached out to share your experience with the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Galaxy Watch Ultra and Watch7 have a new rear sensor design to improve sensor accuracy over previous models. As a result, it is possible to assess health-related data points that were not previously supported as well as take more reliable measurements during prolonged or specialized exercises. However, the new sensor design required changing the shape of the back glass. The alteration increased the distance between the internal wireless charging coil of your Watch and the wireless charger, so the Wireless power-sharing feature available on the previous model is no longer supported. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns or questions, be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
Amazing watch. Amazing size. I love the new way of connecting watch bands. The only issue I have with it is the battery. I was getting better battery life with my Watch 5 pro. With this one I had to turn off always on display.
