The performance of this watch is gteat, the speaker, volume and functions are better compare the previous versión.I recommend this watch 100%. Thank you Samsung!
I was a long-time Garmin user and competitive runner. Garmin definitely still has the edge in fitness tracking and is better by miles on battery life. However, since I'm no longer able to compete, my priorities have changed and this Galaxy Watch Ultra is superior at just about everything else. Style & materials, menu system, watch faces, user interface, screen quality, messaging, alerts/notifications, etc. The Galaxy Ultra is a superior smartwatch overall, and thevstyling is top-notch, even if Garmins still have the edge as pure running watches/fitness trackers.
Great watch overall! Battery life is excellent, and I love the sleek design. The fitness tracking features are very helpful, and the watch is easy to use. Only downside is the price, but it's worth it for the quality.
The watch never recognizes that I'm even wearing it when on my wrist. I have turned off wrist detection; no good. Tried the other wrist; no good. However, if I take the watch off and place it in the palm of my hand it works perfectly. So the fact that it works at all has earned it a 1. I had a watch 5 pro and never had a problem. I thought it would be a good upgrade to last many years. Boy was I wrong. I own several other Samsung products. Phones. Fridge. A washing machine that broke down in first week and took 6 months to get a part for. Don't get me started on that one. Samsung is a mixed bag. If I could anything equivalent that was Google related I probably would. I still like their phones though so I am hesitant.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's great to hear from you, Cocoakpops. We always appreciate getting our customer's feedback. We noticed you reached out to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. Your watch is smart enough to know when to turn itself on and off. You can also manually change these wake-up settings to fit your preferences. However, if certain silent modes are turned on, such as Good night mode, the watch screen may not wake up when the wrist you're wearing the watch on is raised. If power saving is turned on, the screen will not turn on with a touch or by raising your wrist. On Wear OS models: Navigate to Settings, and then tap Display. Scroll down and toggle the switch next to Raise wrist to wake to turn it on and off. If this doesn't help please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can take a further look into what could be causing this.
