Watch is convenient, detailed, and highly customizable. Replacement bands are a bit pricey, but alternative sites can offer sufficient replacements. I would like to see customizable ringtones in the future.
This watch fits my wrist perfectly. I found that the buttons on previous models I've owned always were being pressed if I would bend my hand up. Other than that everything feels comfortable app and battery wise. The battery might drain a little faster than my previous watch but I think I have it monitoring more things now so it's not that big if a bother for me. The only thing that I would say was not an upgrade was the band... it felt cheap and got dirty pretty fast I changed it out fairly soon after trade in.
The heart rate monitor doesn’t work because tattoos

Thanks for reaching out to us, Alex. We always love hearing from our customers. We see that you reached out to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Watch Ultra comes with a new BioActive Sensor is a key component that measures health metrics such as heart rate and oxygen levels. For more accurate health monitoring, the Galaxy Watch Ultra has a sensor with 13 light-emitting diodes (LEDs) — nine more than its predecessor. The enhanced sensor precisely assesses health metrics whether users are on the move or working out at the gym. We see that you are having challenges with your sensors. If the watch is too loose, or the sensor is dirty, it may have difficulty tracking your steps and heart rate. Clean the watch and make sure it's properly fitted to get the best results. If you feel as though your tattoos are impeding the sensors, we recommend trying a different wrist if tattoos aren't present. Check out the link attached for additional options to troubleshoot this. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003204/#:~:text=Check%20the%20watch%27s%20fit.,to%20get%20the%20best%20results. smsng.us/Samsung- Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I read have nothing bad to say about the watch other than the battery. Seems like it needs charged every day. Needs to be plugged in every day making it quite troublesome to deal with.

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback, Mark. We aim to provide our valued customers with the best experience with our products and services. We noticed that you contacted us to share your review of the Galaxy Watch Ultra. We're glad to see that you've been enjoying your watch despite the shortened battery life you've been experiencing. We want you to get the best experience with your watch so let's work together to get this resolved. The first thing we recommend is to make sure your watch is up to date with the latest software available. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. We also recommend running a diagnostic on your watch's battery. If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone you can use Samsung Members to perform a diagnostic on your watch battery. If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition. Check out the link for additional options to help optimize your watch's battery. If this continues to be your experience after troubleshooting, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003232/ smsng.us/Samsung- Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
