Great watch only if you have a Samsung phone

Very nice watch but many of the health features do not work unless you have a Samsung phone. I'd love to switch back to a Samsung phone, but the trade-in prices are pathetic.

This is an upgrade from a watch 4. At 47 mm its only 1 mm larger than the 4, but it seems huge and I love it.
It's fast and funtions smoothly. The band it comes with is extremely comfortable.

So far. A giant let down and disaster.

Just got the watch today, WEAR states there is an update. Placed watch on charger and at 100% started update. WEAR stated the update was being copied to the watch, then failed. Said try later. I rebooted the phone, rebooted the watch, unpaired it, started watch, paired it to the phone and tried to update. Gets to copying the update to the phone and fails. Tried this total of 9 times, fails each time. Called support, zero response. I want a new replacement watch sent, overnight works for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
