With Galaxy AI they record physical activity automatically. Also, provide instructions for the better results like what heart rate zone you are working out etc.

Great look great fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fit of this watch and love the look of it. The screen is great and bright in all situations with great battery life as well. I use the Samsung Health features that seem to work well but either way I enjoy them. The only thing I would change is I would allow for the the watch to be wirelessly charged to the back of the phone like they used to do with the older models. I think that was a great function and a great way to have your devices in a seamless ecosystem. And it makes traveling easy when you only have to take one charger or need a quick charge on the go while you're out and about. However I do hate that they remove the rotating bezel . I thought that was a great feature to have and it may navigation so much easier . Other than that I think it's a great product and would recommend it to anyone.
