I can't wait to get into the Galaxy AI features see what this can really do.
Another thing that impresses me is how easily it connects to my other Samsung devices and provides smooth controls.

Amazing New Technology

My age group is 50 years old and over, but my brand new Samsung Ultra smartwatch is super fast and user friendly. It's Amazing how efficient and reliable My Ultra smartwatch is, I was filled with anticipation as I awaited delivery, and it was worth every minute.
New technology is the new era, even for generation X, like myself. Thanks Samsung for providing us with this incredible Ultra smartwatch!

From the pics it looked much beefier than the 5pro (what I upgraded from) but it really doesn't seem any bigger or heavier on my wrist. The bulkiest part is the new straps, they are quite think & the standard is thick rubber, but the watch is geared towards the out doorsy person & a rugged lifestyle. The band attchment system is a little annoying & snaps into the body instead of the usual pins with a button release (usually takes me some effort to change bands), but I got some attachment pieces for my old bands because I love my magnetic adjustable band (idea for samsung!!!) & others. Still wish the rotating bezel was back but the digital bezel is pretty good & is an upgrade on the 5p. The bezel edge guides your finger around & seems more responsive. The action button is fine, you can set it up to activate a number of workout things or the flashlight. The speakers are upgraded & I think the stock sounds are better. Software wise everything seems to be growing over previous generations & I haven't had a lot of time with the new metrics but they seem to be working. Definitely putting effort into the workout & health tracking. The only thing I don't like is the wallet app locks the watch instead of just the app, not aware of a work around, so every time you try to do something you need to unlock it. I had to look online to create a face with my own pics & it isn't as clear as it was. Really like the step forward, still need to explore more.

I read multiple reviews concerned about the size of this watch. But I just replaced my 6 Classic 47mm with this Ultra and I don't notice a difference at all. The feeling on my wrist is exactly the same. It is really a gorgeous watch. I was able to use some of the watch faces I had downloaded for my 6 - but some would not work on the Ultra. I do miss the rotating bezel and wish they would have carried that over but overall I love the look of the watch. I know it's more of an outdoor/adventure watch but still feels very premium to me. I ordered with peakform band and love it. I got the trail band, too, but haven't tried it yet. The trade in on my 6 Classic was so good I couldn't refuse. I would definitely buy again. Oh - and this is my fourth Samsung watch now.
