After using it for a couple of nights, I was shocked to find out that I suffer from moderate obstructive sleep apnea. This revelation was both surprising and a relief, as I had been experiencing unexplained fatigue and restless nights for years.
The watch's detailed analysis and clear notifications through the Samsung Health Monitor app were incredibly helpful. It provided me with actionable insights and recommended I consult a healthcare professional. This early detection has been a game-changer for me. I am now on a path to better health, armed with the knowledge to address my sleep apnea.
