[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung really did a great job with this product. It looks very sleek that I wear it in every occasion and it is extremely durable. I accidentally bumped it on a rough edge while rock climbing and there was no visible damage at all. I love how quick and snappy the interface is and how the AI tracks my health data. My favorite part is the new button that quick starts my exercise. As a runner it tracks my heart rate, cadence, and what zone I am in. Definitely recommend for athletes or for those who want a nice and stylish watch.

Watch Ultra- next step

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Understand I am bought in fully to thw samsung environment. I get a new watch every year, I look forward to the next release and move on. This year's entry might make it hard to send it back next year. I am a big guy, 6'4" 250. This watch fits my wrist perfectly. It is smooth and powerful and the battery last for days, 2 of them if I turn off the AOD. the looks are hard to see in photos but look great on the wrist. I highly recommend this one.

Great watch with one minor flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this watch. To begin, I recently upgraded from a GW5 Pro and the Ultra is leaps and bounds more "premium" feeling. The screen size is larger, the processor is leaps and bounds faster, and best of all the screen is bright enough to see clearly in direct sunlight. I actually really like the boxy design of the body with the circular watch face. I'm very glad they didn't make the screen "square."
All the little additions like the new "Galaxy AI" features are nice. I like that the sleep tracking received an upgrade because of this for a more accurate recording. The new daily "Energy Score" is also very useful information wise.
Dual band GPS tracking as well as a brand new sensor was added which make tracking my workouts even more accurate.
All said, the GW Ultra is a massive improvement from the GW5 Pro with just one little caveat. The battery life doesn't seem to be as good. I was averaging 2.5 to 3 days of battery life with moderate workout/GPS usage on my GW5 Pro. So far I'm getting slightly over 2 days of charge with moderate workout/GPS usage on the GW Ultra. It's not a deal breaker because the rest of the watch is fantastic. I just expected a bit better battery life considering it has a bigger battery than the GW5 Pro. Perhaps this will get better over time as the watch learns my usage patterns (I've only had it a week so far).
TL/DR: Fantastic smart watch if you're looking for the best android has to offer as far as wearables go.

If you are still experiencing difficulties with this, we ask that you submit an error report so that this information can get to the proper channels to look into. To send an error report for your Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds, or Galaxy Ring, you'll need to use the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone or tablet. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet. Tap Menu. This may appear as a circle in the bottom center of the screen or three horizontal lines on the left side. Tap More in the upper right. This looks like three vertical dots. Tap Settings, and then tap Contact Us at the bottom. Tap Error reports under Send feedback. From the list, select the wearable device(s) you are having issues with to gather the data, and then tap Next. Make sure the Send system log data is checked, and then fill out the other required fields. If you wish to include an additional attachment, you can tap the Attach icon which looks like a paper clip in the upper right corner. You can add a photo, screenshot, or voice recording. When you're ready, tap the send arrow in the upper right corner. A great watch for the times.
