[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PLEASE STAY AWAY! If you own Galaxy Watch 4 or later, DO NOT UPGRADE if you like watch face NOT from samsung. Even "Galaxy AI" is not worth upgrading for and a total disappointment. This new watch will not let you use the same watch faces you have been using, even if you have used the same faces on every watch since Watch Active 2. And Galaxy AI is a joke. It's the same thing you get on older models with the updated OS. I would say upgrade if you own Watch 3 or earlier, but even then, go to the Watch 5 Pro. I'm regretting the trade in. Also, the square dial is GARBAGE. If we wanted a square watch, we would get another brand watch. If you upgrade, you WILL be disappointed

I love my new watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new watch. It really helps me with my daily activity. Especially since I'm construction, it monitors my heart rate and everything that I need for the day. Especially with this new AI, it is helpful with my daily routine, I go to the gym and it monitors all my activity. AI has been very helpful with me for continuing to having a positive day and a healthy day. I also love the way that it looks. The way that it feels on my wrist. It is not bulky, it is not heavy. It is just right
Comfortable to wear all day, battery has lasted more than 2 days at a time. After 2 full days I still have about 30-35% left on the battery. Watch is much faster than the previous generation. Only complaint I have is the standard silicone watch band does not tuck in like previous generations, but you can buy aftermarket bands. Does not work with previous generation bands either. Overall a great watch, and I got a great trade in value for my Watch6 classic, so I only came a couple hundred out of pocket for the ultra.
Great device so far. Only had one issue with screen being unresponsive after water lock was enabled then disabled after a workout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bulky, but the best Galaxy Watch yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several galaxy watches, typically getting the Classic or highest level model available. Battery life has always been a struggle, especially for me as I use the watch as a Golf GPS watch.
The galaxy watch 4 classic would drain to about 50% after a round of 18 holes. The galaxy watch 6 classic would either die before I finished a round or would have less than 15% remaining at the end of a round. This Galaxy Watch Ultra only uses about 15% for a full 18 hole round of golf, and this is without putting any power saving options on or using the app in standalone mode.
Yes the watch is a little bulky, but I don't have dainty wrists and if you want a beefy battery the device will have to be bigger.
It has detected moderate to severe sleep apnea for me and I will be mentioning it to my doctor.
This watch's sensors seem to be far more accurate as well. I have much more reliable sleep data.
Honestly not having to worry about the battery life and being able to have every sensor and feature turned on is really what makes this the best.
I have not utilized any Galaxy AI features but am intrigued by AI in general, so we will see how useful it can be.
I've had the watch less than a week. My initial impression is that this is a very good watch with a lot of features I have yet to explore. Surprisingly comfortable on the wrist. The watch is very useful for my daily 5 mile+ urban hike I go on every day. I would like to have better battery life without having to utilize battery saving features. Perhaps Samsung can improve that with some software updates. Give me a month and I'll update.
