Didn't come with a USB-C to USB-A charger like advertised on the website (so I could charge the device with my Apple cube charger), so I had to email them to get one. Customer service was great though, and sent a cable to me at no cost. The charger itself is great, although gets a little warm sometimes.

Good overall product. Nice sleek design that you can fit in your pocket while charging your phone. Charges my iPhone 12 Pro fairly quickly. Can get one full charge from around 40% phone battery life. Magnets are strong and hold up pretty good on my phone. Only complain is that the led indicators don’t light up when you charge the juice pack so you don’t know if it’s charging or not, or when it’s done charging unless you press the power button.
