I have been a huge supporter of mophie cases and extended batteries over the years. In fact I normally by the case before I ever get the phone. However this time around I am not impressed. I am not sure where the blame should fall either…on apple or zagg. The battery says it is for a mini but it sagemags below the end of the phone. So doesn’t fit the mini. It also does not work as great when you have a case on your phone, seems to bounce/break away if laid down the wrong way. Love this company, best phone company for cases and extended batteries but miss the built in extended battery case regardless of the new MagSafe technology.

I love the flexibility of attaching this to my phone when I need it, and yet not having it attached at all times. It attaches firmly and easily to my iPhone, I love it.

The magnet is not strong enough to create a good bond

I have used a mophie for years on my iPhone 6. I upgraded to the iPhone 12 and got the juice. I do not like the snap technology. The magnet does not make a strong enough connection with or without my silicone phone case. I wish I could return it but the box was destroyed by a family member. Please bring back the old style mophie case which encapsulated the phone and did not rely on a weak magnetic field.

Doesn’t charge as advertised

It doesn’t charge my iPhone 8S wirelessly as advertised. My Mophie stationary unit charges my phone wirelessly but it have to plug it in to this Snap+ . I do have a thin case on it but that hasn’t been an issue with the stationary.

I bought this product for my iPhone XR and paired it with a MagSafe case. It works flawlessly! The magnet holds very strong with no chance to come off. Easy charging without cords.

Works just as I expected/hoped. Only thing I’d change is for the button on the bottom to be a little more prominent. The button is hard to find by touch.
The battery is big for the 12 mini, but with my case it doesn’t overhang from the back of the mini too much (just on the bottom of the phone)
