Not sure what I expected, but was a bit disappointed. The Snap+ Juice Pack Mini is really convenient & easy to use. I find it a little slow to charge my phone & it gets depleted quickly. However, it comes in handy when needed.

Not a huge fan and the return process feels tedious. It connects to my phone but its not really convenient. I also don't understand the sticker process.
