Refused to cancel shipment even after reaching out a mere hour after placing the order. It is more costly to company to process the return shipment than to simply not ship at all.

It only gives me 75%

It only gives me 75% charge on my 14 pro max is a good charge I think considering is a big phone and it’s the mini juice pack it’s what I like about it the compact size

Heavier than expected. Overheated my phone, to the point of pausing the charge until it cooled down. Otherwise, it charged quickly.

Battery doesn’t stick strongly enough to iPhone. And really not enough juice, about half of a full charge.
