Short on Power

Have the 14 pro max and it does not recharge the phone once fully. Get about 70% and it is empty.

It’s a Snap!

This charging pack mini is a life saver! When your phone is about to die on you, this little star gives you more juice so you can continue ti use your phone until you get it home to charge. The Snap+ is compact but mighty! And it stays attached to your MagSafe case with no problem! Love it!

I have to say, typically I love Mophie/ZAGG, I believe they make quality products typically but this one is a strike out. First, the battery pack does not sit as flush to the phone as it appears to in the pictures. Second, the magnets are not very strong - it will take several tries to get the phone to engage, I think this is due to the fabric coating around the battery pack but that's just a guess. Third, it doesn't start charging when it's connected - a capability well within the wheelhouse of MagSafe on the phone (why else would we be attaching an external battery to our phones?). Fourth and perhaps most importantly; this juice pack does not have enough power to complete a full cycle charge to 100%. I typically start looking to charge around 10% (as soon as I see red in the battery on the phone). So, charging from 10%, I can get the phone up to around 85%. I'm not sure if I got a lemon but in my experience, this charger does not live up to its promised output. Direct your external/extra battery needs to a different Mophie power bank.

Certainly is simpler than charges of old, lighter too. But it doesn’t seem to hold much of a charge, runs down might fast. Lovevthe size.

Charger works well, and love that it actual MagSafe certified with faster charging than other "MagSafe compatible" charge banks. However, it is a little too big on the iPhone 13pro to where it interferes with the camera lens
