Great wireless charger

I love the charger, it works just how I expected and the portability is amazing. My only complaint isn't about the product itself but of how long it took me to receive it in the mail. I always have this issue when ordering from this site. My order shipped from the west coast where I'm located, traveled to the east coast, and then back to the west coast for some strange reason. There has to be a better way. I'll continue to purchase zagg products but shipping is in dire need of improvement.

Our shipment took well over a month to arrive. Each day we would get note saying it would arrive in seven days. Finally I called for assistance and got good service. It arrived two days later. The products are excellent.

The magnet isn’t strong enough so it twists and turns easily. If you put it on and set it down, it may work better. Overall…it does charge, but I’m not that impressed with it.

Works okay I guess

If you can get it work and start charging then it works great and stays connected to the phone with no problem. However getting it actually start charging when connecting it to the phone is a different issue. Some times it takes 3 or 4 tries before the phone will start charging with it on there.

Power when you need it

Not only it provides power we need it it comes with a built-in kickstand where you can just leave the phone attached to it powers up and it doesn’t impede the volume of the speakers when you’re on the phone great product

Though the spare battery pops conveniently & securely in place the same way as the snap vent holder, the battery charges phones verrrry slooowly (while the bent charger is rapid). Customer support said the pack is designed to be used only when your phone is off, to "top off." But if you can only use it when the phone is off, why bother snapping it on? Old technology wrapped up in s new pkg. Useless. (And heavy.)
