Best for a well lit environment

My first QLED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally bought 50” then upgraded to 65” because of bigger space I moved into absolutely love the picture quality - set up was easy and the streaming feature works great but most of all I love how it makes gaming so much more vivid and detailed- I played older games on it just to see how they would look and they were awesome highly recommend this tv!!

Viewing pleasure personified

If you enjoy movies, you will like the upscaling of the 80A that produces a higher resolution picture regardless of the lower resolution of the movie . Also for all sports fans, fast moving events are clear and not smeared .

Nice picture. Quirky menu and remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and easy to install. I like the photo frame option. The menu is quirky though. It is unclear where I am on the first home screen. I constantly end up overshooting the app bar. It is annoying. I guess it should be more clear where you are on the screen. I have also had a very hard time with the Youtube TV app but it seems (knock wood) to be sorted out.

Great quality, color depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality & color depth. As good if not better than plasma. Good selection of apps. Only complaint is when first turn TV on our change channel, loads with poor quality and takes 2-3 seconds to load good quality.

Hi C112,
Thank you for purchasing the 2021 Q80A TV and for sharing the details of your issue when powering your TV on. A network issue may be the cause. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.
2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.
3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
