WOW What a TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed with the picture quality. When I watched a documentary about Pearl Harbor, it would normally be grainy footage from 70 years ago, instead it looked like I was there watching it unfold in person. We don’t have a sound bar, but you don’t really need one with this tv. The sound is perfect. When we took it out of the box, I couldn’t believe how lightweight it was. I could lift it myself. It is so thin and sleek. I am happy that we could have the option to hang it up, and it was so easy to set up. Thank you for a beautiful tv. I would highly recommend it to everyone. And I want to purchase another one!

Great image quality, bad performance

i use the tv for streaming. the picture quality is very good. the sound is good enough and loud enough. the user interface is very slow and not very intuitive, the remote is compact and self charging which is cool but it is also very sensitive and not easy to configure and lacks a button to select inputs, it gets lost all the time and it is too easy to accidentally launch services. i think the tv would be a good value if it was not for the unreliable software, the tv quits streaming abruptly and launches "samsung tv" at least once every 2 hours, sometimes it wont respond for a while and then it relaunches itself. the tv seems to have a particularly hard time running hulu reliably. my internet connection is pretty fast, my router is next to the tv
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for choosing the Q60A QLED TV and taking the time to share your experience with the Hulu app. This issue may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:

1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

Additionally, to optimize the Smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Best TV ever purchased! 65” QLED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features, excellent picture and easy to set up all of our devices. You don’t need cable, television comes with plenty of channels to watch. If you stream, you can expect ease of use. Plenty of HDMI ports to plug into. We even purchased the A6 series soundbar with woofer- who needs to go to the theatre?! The theatre is in our living room. If your a gamer and we are, you’ll be emerged in the pictures and sound for hours.

Always exceeds my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was for my everyday viewing area and we mostly use it to watch cable TV and streaming services. The lightweight made it fairly easy to wall mount. I had purchased a higher end Samsung QLED within the last year so I was already familiar with installation and setup. It looks great and is an excellent value. Colors are deep and bright and the edge lighting makes it look seamless in the frame we have built around it. I've been very happy with all my Samsung products.

. Reliable and sleek..I have had 4 samsung phones too. Great products, solutions and assistance. Every electronic device will be Samsung in my house. It's part of our every day life!
