Great picture, but the sound quality has issues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved this TV when he first bought it. After a few days, we noticed the sound would cut out for a split second about once an hour. Within the next week, it started to cut out every 15 minutes. It got so irritating, we'd have to rewind whatever we just watched just to understand what was said. The sound would cut out on any device that we used and also on every app that were using. We went back to the store for some help. We were not happy to find out that this is a common problem because the TV speakers can't handle the sound output. They recommended using a sound bar. We spent the extra money for the soundbar. The sound bar does help. We've had it with the sound bar for about 2 months now. It does still cut out sound for a split second, but a lot less and it hasn't gotten worse. It only happens a few times a week now I stead of every 15 minutes. Other than this sound issue, its a great TV. Because of the sound issue, I think the TV was overpriced. We didn't plan on initially buying the sound bar, so we spent even more money. So be prepared for sound issues and to buy a sound bar. Ps i also checked all forums and tried all posted solutions didn't work

If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.
Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Amazing TV

This TV does everything I wanted it for and more. It is the best TV purchase I have ever made and I've owned alot of tvs in my time. I can't wait to upgrade to an 8k in the near future.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our bedroom TV from a competitors we bought last year because the LG did not have the ability to download thr Spectrum app. The Q60T was a great choice as we can have all our apps without having to use an external device to do so. I've also connected it to my Ring doorbell pro and now get alerts on the TV when someone is at my front door. Of course the picture quality and everything else is great as well.
