Persistence pays off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was disappointed at the color accuracy and washed out brightness. I kept tinkering with all of the settings in seemingly infinite combinations and after about a month I've finally got the colors, contrast and brightness perfect. At times I would think that I had the color perfect until I changed the channel or another show came on and the color /brightness would just fall apart, but I persisted until the image quality is perfect now no matter what I am watching. 4k content rivals that of OLEDs. I am also very pleased with the screen brightness. The controls are very responsive with zero lag. The home screen is just a little unclear because the selected item isn't very prominent and not as well laid out as roku.

GREAT TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system has a great picture, great sound just from the built-in speakers, great features and was very simple to set-up. I used to repair TV’s as well as sell them and I am very picky about design, features & functionality and mostly picture ! Even though I have been a big fan of Samsung TV’s for the last 10 years or so, this model has exceeded all of my expectations so far!

Samsung is the BEST!

I watch my shows and movies and my children play their video games on it. The picture is remarkable and it is everything you could want in a smart TV!

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Great picture and features
