I’ve had this tv a month and couldn’t be happier And sounds great on my soundbar system

I bought this a month ago and everything was great until it wasn’t. Easy to set up with my receiver, ps5 and cable box, taking only a few minutes. Nice!!. Then the screen froze on the home page. Nothing fixed it. Unplugged, reset holding buttons . Even with the plug disconnected, still had shadow google homescreen on tv??? Finally it suddenly woke up after an hour and was like new. This then happened 2 more times. I decided before returning it, I would call Sony. Well they were great. Got into my tv and did updates and several fixes. It’s been a few days and so far so good. Everything is operating as it is supposed to and I’m hoping it’s fixed. Time will tell. By the way, I really like the remote working as a universal remote. I don’t need my harmony any more.

I have wanted to buy another Sony TV for some time. I used to own a 42" Sony Bravia TV, but decided to upgrade to a 55" curved screen Samsung. I am so glad that I went back to a 65" Sony mini led tv. The picture quality of the Sony is so amazing. I like the fact that it is so slim and that it has the panels in the back to cover the wire hook-ups.

My husband has wanted a new TV for years. I figured are older model worked just fine. I finally caved. The picture on this TV is beautiful and so crisp and clear. It’s easy to use. We have Netflix and when we press the Netflix button on a show…you get a preview of the show you click on. Glad we upgraded to this new TV. My husband works in IT. He is crazy about doing research on anything we buy. He always does his homework. I’d give him an A+ for this purchase
