No complete documentation and details on how best to utilize some of the new technology that comes with this tv. A real reference guide is needed with at least some guidance on how best to customize the tv. The remote is extremely poor. Buttons are not intuitive and hard to see - no backlight either. Have never seen such a poor remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fabulous tv. Crystal clear picture. Stunning to watch. But not a good’s to watch for long periods of time due to eye strain.

Sony TVs offer a variety of motion compensation technologies, settings, and adjustments to provide customers with an experience that they find the most accurate or the most comfortable. TVs use "black frame insertion" or "PMW modulation" in order to make images smoother for the human eye. Should your eyes happen to be more sensitive to motion, try these steps:
1. Under picture settings, navigate to "Motionflow" and change to "Custom". Next, lower the "Clearness" setting (also known as black frame insertion) to "Min". (this should alleviate "flickering") 2. In addition, you can also adjust the brightness of the TV as much as comfortably possible. Adding brightness can also help hide sensitivity to black frame insertion. (flickering)

I bought my Sony about a month ago, it replaced an LG OLED set. The picture looks nice, very dark blacks (for anything not OLED) and the colors are vibrant. Hopefully this will last for years, loving it early on!
