The magnet is not super strong. Trying to put the phone in my pocket with the wallet on, it fell off.

If not, we do not test our products with third party items, so we cannot guarantee that our Wallet for MagSafe will be compatible with a third party case. Very difficult to get cards out of this MagSafe wallet. Pretty much have to remove it from phone and still very difficult. Too tight for more than 2 cards & maybe 1 bill. Also, no RFID protection.

If you've got a case in the mix, it will definitely need to be one that was specifically made for use with Apple's MagSafe technology, otherwise, the proper magnetic connection won't be achieved.

While I love the idea of the magnetic wallet, it doesn’t hold onto the back of the mag safe otter case as well as it should. It slides when you push a card into the slots and it pops if you drop your phone. You also need to remove it if you want to use the MagSafe car mount.

Given the material that would then be set between the magnets of your iPhone and a car mount, it does make sense that you'd have to remove the OtterBox Wallet for MagSafe. But the piece shouldn't come off so easily when merely inserting cards into the slots, so let's take it from the top with a brand-new warranty replacement to see if there is just something wonky with your particular unit.

It does NOT interact with MagSafe technology

The features section states, “ Designed for seamless interaction with MagSafe technology.” IT DOES NOT INTERACT WITH MAGSAFE TECHNOLOGY! It only sticks to the back of the iPhone. This is deceptive wording by OtterBox.
