Sleek sturdy and cute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wallet was really sturdy. I was worried it would fall off but it hasn’t slipped. I love how sleek it is as well. Usually other phone wallets are bulky and don’t fit in my pocket but this wasn’t the case (haha pun intended). The color was cute as well and contrasted nicely against my black phone.

Not secure enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this and I typically love OtterBox but this didn’t stay on well enough for me to feel good about storing the most important cards I need. I don’t have a very thick or heavy case on my phone and I’m sure it would adhere better without a case but I’m not willing to take the case off.

It makes sense that you're not wanting to go without a protective case on your iPhone, but the type you're using can definitely make a difference in terms of how strong the connection will be.
If you're not using a case that was specifically designed for use with Apple's unique accessory ecosystem, that is definitely something to consider making the switch to. It's the internal magnetic array of a MagSafe-enabled case that will help to facilitate a "locking" connection between the device and this wallet. Love the idea of it..

That's obviously not ideal for this OtterBox wallet to be continually disengaging from your iPhone, and we're sorry you've had a somewhat unnerving experience. Some of the dynamic here could just be a result of what all is going on inside your bag—the types of materials the wallet is bumping up against, and how much pressure is involved. The other thing worth mentioning is that if you're using a protective case, it would need to be one that was specifically designed for use with Apple's MagSafe technology to ensure a "locking" connection between the device, the case, and this wallet.

MagSafe wallet doesn’t stick on regular case

I didn’t realize the wallet wouldn’t connect with the cover on so I couldn’t really use it. Should have a sticky part option so it can stick to the phone case. I really didn’t want to have my phone without a case on it since I’m constantly dropping. Great concept and wallet looked nice!
