[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this MAG safe otterbox wallet. It’s very thin, lightweight and is not bulky at all. It looks really sleek on my iPhone and I can still charge my phone wirelessly with it on which I love. 10 out of 10!

Faulty magnet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The leather quality seems great however the magnet doesn’t work well. I tried it with and without a MagSafe case and it slides down with both. It’s also a little bulkier than I would like

That is really odd that you'd have had such trouble with the magnet of the OtterBox Wallet for MagSafe. If you had only tried it with a case that wasn't specifically made for use with Apple's accessory ecosystem then that would make sense, but the piece should hold just fine with one that was designed with internal magnets.
Have you tried the wallet attached straight to the back of your iPhone? That would potentially be a good test to see if the issue is truly and solely with this item versus something to do with the MagSafe-enabled case you've tried.
Definitely give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269 so we can get the complete picture, and we'll be glad to help get a brand-new warranty replacement in the works if it seems like that will help to properly dial things in.

Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product serves a specific purpose. If you need to carry minimal objects for shopping or an event, this magnetic wallet is perfect. It fits a debit or credit card and your license perfectly. But that’s about all I could comfortably fit in the wallet. There is a third space but it’s too tight for cash. In love it for running in the store to grab a few items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this Otterbox MagSafe Wallet, but unfortunately it was a disappointment. I tried applying it on my IPhone 13 Pro Max and my husband’s IPhone 12 Pro Max and had the same results. It does not stay on the phone! The magnet did not give me enough confidence that it wasn’t going to fall off. Which is definitely not good for a product that holds very important items like credit cards or license. It kept popping off within 10 seconds every time. It did however make for a good refrigerator magnet, so that why I gave it 2 stars. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.

Hmm...well, that's certainly a creative way to put the OtterBox Wallet for MagSafe to use, but it really shouldn't have been necessary to relegate it to refrigerator-magnet status.
