Been using it since purchasing it several weeks ago. Also daughters received one and love it. Sounds great, loud enough to fill a large room, base and treble sound true, easy blue tooth connect, and quick charge.

Excited about to see how the customization would turn out: was better in person. Sound is amazing, especially considering relatively compact size. Vibrating ends allows bass to take sound to higher level.

Battery dies after an hour of continuous use. Very disappointed because the sound is terrific.

Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Charge 6. The published up-to-playtime is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly, but it depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boost, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity.
