[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed! The Hoover Dash Pet Advanced Carpet Cleaner worked amazingly well! The instructions ate clearly written and easy to follow. I used it on an 8'10 rug which had old stains on it. I followed the cleaning instructions and it got it all up. I did pre treat the stains and used the upolstry attachment on the stained areas and it worked wonderfully, as well. The water tak is fairly small. On an 8' 10" rug I filled it twice. It wasn't a problem because filling it was so easy. The rug dried within a few hours. Cleaning the machine took only minutes. With a dog and two cats I needed a good carpet cleaner and this is it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the suction power. After the very first use I noticed the amount of dirt lifted is insane. I vacuum my floor before using the carpet cleaner. The carpet cleaner lifts dirt better. No steam mop though as advertised . The only thing I would complain about is the dirty water tank has to be changed at least 3 times to do a living space

The pulley wheel on the belt bridge seized and burnt through two belts. Before I realize why they were snapping. There is no reason for such an important part to be built with such poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
