Bad design

During my first use gasket fell off and unable to find it (very small). Unable to finish my project, leaks. Unable to part listed on paperwork or website.

Not so great. Disappointed! Had high hopes.

It is difficult to push forward on a carpet. The furniture accessory attachment, when connected, allows your full tank of cleaning water to empty out about two thirds of your solution before you are done! The water just empties out of the carpet cleaner floor jets. The cleaner should stop the water from going to floor to work only for the attachment. Makes quite the mess.

I used my new PowerDash Pet Advanced Compact Cleaner to clean all my area rugs.I hate to admit how much dirt that little machine pulled out of those rugs! They look brand new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good price point

Cleaner works good but has had an awful leak from the clean water tank. If I put it stop shampooing for 1 minute to attend to my child, the tank of water is half gone. Good price point but could use some better parts.

Leaks water

I just purchased this cleaner and I used it right away. I cleaned my carpet well. But the machine leaks water leverywhere! I’m doing double the cleanup. I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
