Learning to use it was super easy. It sucked up so much dirt! My room felt just like when I moved in. The air was clean, my carpet was white and it didn't even smell like cats. I also used it on my makeup chair which was very dirty with makeup. Literally saved me from buying a new chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two cats. One short hair and one long hair. The short-haired one is less than four months old, so everything ends up on the carpet. He thinks it's a great time to watch things fall on the floor and make a mess. I have an old carpet cleaner that I was using but didn't really make too much of a difference. We have been renting our townhouse for over ten years and at one time last year, the water heater decided to start leaking badly. Of course, the water heater was located in the attached storage, which is right outside the living room patio. The water seeped through the wall onto the carpet. The carpet was dried and sanitized but you could always tell where the water leak ended. The first time I used this carpet steamer, I was so amazed. The carpet, which is over ten years old, looked better than it had since moving in. No water stains or pet stains. Needless to say, the old carpet cleaner has been retired. Now, if I can get the crazy kitten Gizmo to stop thinking everything is a toy and making the floor look like we just leave things laying everywhere. At least, I know the carpet is clean even though it is cluttered with cat "toys". If you have a pet or even just carpet, this is the cleaner for you. It is lightweight and easy to use.

We have one dog and she's very good, but accidents can happen, so it's great to have this cleaner on hand. The size is great for our apartment, and it's easy to use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 1.5 year old corgi that hates weewee pads but loves peeing on our rugs :) I can't count how many rugs we've had to throw out for this reason but no more going forward ! This thing is awesome & really gets the job done. No more urine smells which is great and that means she won't think that's her pee spot. 4 stars only because it's a little loud and annoying to store if you have a smaller apartment like we do.

Having the tools to clean the couches or a spill on a dining room chair is wonderful too. And it's light weight so it's easy for me to go between the two floors of my home. I was able to assemble product easily without any problems. I havent been able to deep clean my carpet since I moved in 2 months ago. I gave it a try today and I liked the results. .Who would have thought we accumalated alot dirt in 2 months time between my cat and I.The cleaner suctioned all the cat's hair and dirt from carpet. It even removed an old stain that was on the carpet. The carpet looks like new. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.
